Do I need to sign up for 12 months?

No. EasyTalent is an on-demand service, not a recurring subscription.

Want’s the difference?

Subscription is set and forget, like software or Netflix.

On-demand turns on when you have specific need (hiring) and turns off when that need is met.

You don't pay for the service when you're not using it.  

Plus, if you fill your job midway through a billing cycle, just pause the service and use any remaining time on your next hire.

Why do you charge by the month?

Charging a fixed monthly price is the most effective way to eliminate the sales dynamic from the employer/recruiter relationship.

If you’ve ever felt like your agency recruiter is constantly selling CVs to you, fixed monthly pricing eliminates the sales bias baked into the "no placement, no fee" agency model.

Why not hire a permanent recruiter?

For a lot of SMEs and startups, hiring an in-house recruiter full-time just doesn’t align with their actual hiring patterns.

Many have fluctuating hiring needs that peak during certain growth phases or project launches and slow down at other times.

You'll work directly with EasyTalent founder and managing recruiter, Craig Danvers.

Craig is recruiter with over 15 years experience working with fintech, payments, technology and e-commerces companies helping them fill critical roles and scale fast growing teams.

Craig founded EasyTalent to give SMEs and startups an alternative to agency commissions and the inflexibility of hiring a full time recruiter.

What happens after I purchase a plan?

Once you've purchased your plan, we’ll set up a call within 24 hours to discuss your hiring needs, company culture and specific roles you're looking to fill.

From there, work with us as you would any member of your own team.

What if I'm not happy with my shortlist?

No problem. There is no limit to the number CVs or candidate profiles or interviews you can request.

We'll work with you until you're happy with every stage of the process.

Will I ever be charged placement fees?

No, EasyTalent does not charge placement fees or commissions.

Once engaged, we work directly for you. We don't claim "candidate ownership" like traditional agencies do.

You’re free to approach and hire any candidate we present.

Will I be notified before billing renews?

Yes, you’ll receive an email notification 7 days before your billing renews.

Since we work closely with you on your vacancy, we’ll also advise if a renewal is needed based on your current hiring progress.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime right up to the billing renewal date.
