Traditional recruitment agencies charge high fees to recover costs from their inefficient business model, typically filling only 1 in 10 jobs they work on. To compensate for this lost time, they charge high commissions to the companies that do hire through them. We believe this is unfair and bad business.

Our model reflects the true cost of recruiting your role, not the time spent on sales, coffees, lunches, and meetings. By choosing subscription recruitment, you’ll save tens of thousands on your company's recruitment costs.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee ?

Yes, EasyTalent offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first week of your rolling subscription, you can request a refund less job advertising costs.

What sourcing methods do you use?

To find the perfect candidate for your role, we utilise a mix of sourcing methods. Our strategies include tapping into our extensive database and network of over 10,000 candidates, running targeted advertisements, encouraging referrals, conducting proactive outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates, and leveraging cutting-edge AI candidate sourcing technology. 

Why are there limits on some plans?

Our on-demand model is designed to provide focused and efficient recruitment services. Limiting the number of job openings per subscription ensures that our recruiters can dedicate their full attention to each position, maximising the quality of candidates and minimising time-to-fill.

Can I hire contractors with EasyTalent?

Absolutely, we can find you the ideal candidates. However, we don't handle payroll functions directly. Instead, we can recommend specialist payroll companies to manage contractor payroll for you. This approach can save you tens of thousands in agency margins typically added to your contractor's daily rate. It's one of the biggest revenue streams for recruitment agencies, and bypassing it can significantly reduce your costs.

How is EasyTalent different?

Recruitment agencies operate on a sales representative model. That means that the recruiter you work with is primarily interested in the commission derived from the placement. They charge hefty commissions because they work on contingency - no placement, no revenue. EasyTalent is different because we work directly for you. Our pricing model separates revenue from your hiring decision. We offer fixed monthly pricing, ability to hire at any salary level and zero commissions. We’re affordable, transparent and flexible.

What does unlimited jobs mean?

For our Unlimited Plan, this means exactly that. There is no constraints to the number of monthly jobs requests submitted. However this is limited to companies with an Australian headcount of 100. LinkedIn advertising slots are limited to 5.

For the Core and Growth Plans, this means that job request are limited by the number of active jobs according to your plan, not limited per month or billing cycle. For example, if subscribed to our Core Plan and you finalise a hire on week 3, you can start your next hire on week 4 of your monthly payment period. Unlimited job requests does not mean you can submit an unlimited number of job vacancies at once for these plans.

Will I ever be charged commission?

No, EasyTalent does not charge commissions. Our monthly pay as you go recruiting model allows clients to access our recruitment services without incurring additional costs per hire. You pay a fixed monthly fee that covers all recruiting activity for one job request for that month, with no further candidate ownership claims.

Will I retain candidate ownership?

Yes. One of the biggest pain points companies face when dealing with recruitment agencies is disputes over candidate ownership. With EasyTalent, you retain ownership of the candidate information collected during the recruitment process. You can contact and hire these candidates at any point in the future. EasyTalent retains no ownership rights over candidate information and will never charge you a future commission or fee.

How does the pause feature work?

The Pause feature allows you to temporarily suspend your subscription without canceling it entirely. This option is ideal for businesses experiencing temporary fluctuations in hiring needs or undergoing internal restructuring. Simply contact our team to activate the Pause feature, and your subscription will be temporarily halted until you're ready to resume recruitment activities.

Do you offer a placement guarantee?

Placement guarantees are a feature of the traditional commission based recruitment model.

While EasyTalent does not offer a guarantee for individual hires, our commitment is to provide exceptional service and deliver high-quality candidates for your consideration. Our goal is to keep clients satisfied and subscribed through excellent candidate matches, efficient recruitment processes, and exceptional customer service.

Do you operate outside Australia?

No. Currently, we only operate in Australia.
