Terms of service

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the recruitment services provided by EasyTalent ("EasyTalent", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

EasyTalent provides on-demand talent acquisition service for a monthly fee. This means you have access to a recruiter's time to recruit your role for that month.

3. Plans

  • Core Plan: You can have one active job open at any one time. There is no monthly limit on job requests.
  • Growth Plan: You can have up to three active jobs at any one time. There is no monthly limit on job requests.
  • Unlimited Plan: You can have unlimited active jobs per month. For companies with a 100 or less Australian headcount. 5 LinkedIn only per month. Additional advertising at employers expense.

4. Unlimited Jobs Definition

For the Core Plan, clients may have one active job at a time, while for the Growth and Business Plan, three and five active jobs respectively at a time are allowed.

5. Price Increases

EasyTalent has the right to increase its prices and alter the inclusions of all plans. Clients will be notified 60 days in advance of any price or plan changes.

6. Payments

Payments are made by credit card or direct debit through our website and recur each month from date of first payment. EasyTalent does not charge commission on any placement.

7. Candidate Ownership

The Client retains ownership of the candidate contact rights and can contact or hire these candidates at any point in the future.

8. Delivery of Service

The purchase of a subscription plan does not guarantee a hire for the price for that subscription.

  • Candidate screening calls undertaken by EasyTalent will be done via video call, not in person.
  • Reference checking will be undertaken by a member of the EasyTalent team using our questions.
  • 7 day shortlist presentation is a guide not a deliverable. This is dependant on the candidate market and difficultly of job request.
  • Purchasing of a subscription plan does not guarantee a hire for the price for that subscription.
  • Operations in Australia only.

9. LinkedIn Advertising

EasyTalent will advertise the Client's job on LinkedIn for up to 10 days at our expense. Further advertising will be at the client's expense.

10. Placement Guarantees

EasyTalent does not offer a placement guarantee.

11. Pause/Cancellation

The Client can pause or cancel their subscription at any time. (Discount/promotional subscription prices will not be honoured).

12. EasyTalents Rights

EasyTalent has the right to refuse a subscription to any Client and the right to end a plan/subscription at the end of a billing cycle.

13. Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee is at our discretion within the 7-day period, less incurred advertising costs. After 7 days there are no refunds. Refund policy does not apply to promotions/coupons.

14. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, specifications, and other relevant information necessary for the recruitment process. Clients must also promptly review and provide feedback on candidate submissions.

15. Confidentiality

EasyTalent agrees to keep all client information and discussions confidential, except as required by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

EasyTalent shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.

18. Amendments

EasyTalent reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

19. Promotions/Use of Coupons

Coupon redemptions have their own terms of service.
